I suggest you give him eyelids so he still looks sinister and doesn't look like a clown. Cause this face... just appears too happy lol. Ooooor give him wings on the back, so he doesn't look like a Venomancer in a mask but actually a completely different creature.

Nice work, I like the idea though the bug eyes aren't the way they actually are and would look better if you can pull this look off more:

Not that you'll see it in game but from a distance It might stand better and for the pimping shots like the closeup above. You probably could get away with even making them a bit bigger than average for a more "DOTA/Cartoon" style look.

This is just a suggestion your choice.

Alien Swarm SDK for now, before Dota SDK comes out. it's not supporting some stuff, but close-ups are making up for that

Very snazzy work! i have some trouble rigging my models to the default skeletons correctly, but you don't seem to have any such problems. do you use a specific program or function for it, or do you just adjust it manually?

Another part of the set is up. Kind of a cross between defecating bee, and the latest concept. Small details are sacrificed in favor of keeping smooth silhouette and refined look
