Hey guys going to be making some stuff for my favorite champion Phantom Lancer
here is the concept tell me what you guys think

i will try for 2 shoulder pads if it hit the poly limit he will only have 1

I like the heavy feel of it, while still looking like he could be very mobile in it. I'd suggest making the shoulders more asymmetrical, as all his animations and stances are pretty asymmetrical as well.

Are you going for that color scheme or are you going to make one for the set? All Grey doesn't look great on him, I do like the set otherwise though.

cheers for the comments and no the color scheme will be different it was more for a gray scale

i was thinking of just putting the shoulder peice on the right hand since he mostly leans that side towards the front (enemies) and it would make sence

I agree with the asymmetry as well. Make sure that he has plenty of room to maneuver his spearing arm.

As a warning an all gray color scheme won't stand out from the background too well (imagine losing your hero mid combat.

note: i had to swap the colors because it just looked better, and i found a base texture i like for the cloth style similar to the pl texture(old school weaves)

Future: getting mroe details done for the metalic side/shoulder pads and straps
