A set for Lone Druid incorporating features of a raven (feathers, claws, etc.). Still mulling over specifics, but here's a 10 minute brainstorm (default look on the left):

Not sure your cloak is different enough to warrant a change, but I am digging the idea of a giant raven skull as shoulder armour.

It looks awesome for one of my favourite heroes, though if you could make the cloak raven black it would change its style up and be even more awesome

Yikes! I realize I'm starting this pretty late, but I finally have some free time. Here's the smattering of reference material I'm using:

Not sure about going through with the planned hair style, as I find my original idea kinda... meh. It doesn't help that Dota already has about 5 other druid-like characters covering potential directions.

Chipping away at the lowpoly blockouts for the cloak and arms.

Decided to fix most of the profile and rigging issues from the start so I can focus on texturing later, though it did eat up a lot of time.
