Hi dudes!
I started to work in a porject like an art director and lead artist. The first thing an art director should charge for is the overall vision of the game and to cordinate the people to make it as close to the vision and as consistant as possible. Due to this I decided to make an Art & Style guide describes themes from the style we want to achieve to the creation pipeline and specifications. I already started and searched a lot of documents related to this guide. Spent a lot of time and in the end the best documents was two dota2 art guide.

These were really usefull. I share with you guys and it would be nice if you could help also even with references even with tips. I was thinking about to dedicate this topic to this.
