Video Diary! AKA Its Finally OUT!

Hey guys,

I have been working on a game in Unity for a little while now and along with building the game
I've been recording and making a video diary chronicling my game development escapades.
I am very excited to finally unvail this thing which took way too much of my time to create!

Here it is in its 720p glory(unless youtube messes it up) :poly124: :

I truly hope you guys like it and find it somewhat helpful to what you're currently doing. Even
if not, grabbing a nice cup of coffee and watching me elaborate my game development
process, should be inspirational

I hope to make more of these things, though, this one took quite a bit of effort. If you guys
like it, drop me a line, it might give me the push I need to make the next on a reality :P

you need your gui stuff redesigned as you can't read it clearly or really use it as it's too transparent. Just think about a logical way to convey the information you want the player to recieve.

love the game environment and textures, needs more sky though

@ Ranger - Yeah, the GUI is still very much a WIP, there isnt an indicator of any sort
on it yet :poly124:

I'll post some renders of the high poly models later a bit later :poly124:

Amazing work so far. We are building a game in Unity right now and your video is really helpful to better understand the scale of making a game [especially on your own haha].

This is awesome, so inspiring and uplifting

It's easy to get bogged down with the sheer amount of stuff to learn and get good at, but watching your video reminded me that it is possible and you're a testament to all hard-working game designers out there. Thank you!
