Missing technical doccument that used to be in the Polycount Wiki?

There used to be a page in the polycount wiki I can't find anywhere anymore that explained how to split up your maps when you unwrap things and how smoothing groups effected vertex counts at render time, and it had all kinds of helpful diagrams with a cylinder having its caps removed, then split down the middle, and how each different seam and smoothing group effected things like draw calls and vertex counts and hard edges, but now I can't find it for the life of me and I really REALLY need it.

Does anyone have any idea what I am talking about or where I could find it? I really need this document.
