fume fx to mesh

This might seem like a silly post.
But I would like to create a 3d fire mesh from a fumefx simulation to print out in a 3d printer.
There is probably no real way to convert it, but if there isn't how would the members of polycount go about creating fire out of geometry.

I would also recommend Frost. I've had good results with it.
I found you had to cache out your fume data to krakatoa and then mesh that bin file though.
It'll likely need touching up by hand as well, it never comes out how you imagine
But since I've never used krakatoa, I have no idea what cache my fume data to krakatoa means.
