3ds max rotation and movement problem! need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i need help on this
i just came across a problem where my rotation and movement tools aren't aligned to the object i want to rotate/move
for example, when i rotate a square from the x axis, the rotation tool'sy axis doesnt go with it, the the rotation is crooked!
and if i want to move something it is not aligned with the object either

Look up the top of Max near your tools, it'll have your tool space pulldown. Yours probably says "View", change it to "Local".
