litlle crit : i thnink that the pipes on the front side
look very clean, maybe a bit too clean compared to the rest of it..

Really fucking sexy. The only thing that caught my eye was that the wear&tear on the shoulder rest is spread pretty evenly. Maybe have some more of the paint worn off where it makes contact with the shoulder and no so much worn off where it makes contact with the rest of the gun.

really nice looking M8 riffle, and i would basicaly say what alphavader said, the pipes are a little bit too clean compared to the rest of the gun.

Nice job! However, youve not been very efficient with the UVs. A lot of identical stuff could share UV-space, and you could mirror most of the big parts that dont have text on them. A thing to remember about mirroring UVs is that your model can only be seen from one side at once.

Yes looking better, maybe i would push it a little bit
more.. imagine the hot fire/plasma comes out of this thing,
You have modeled out a "cooler grid", because it looks cool
but also the weapon might get very hot ..
The pipe in between looks also very clean

- but its an improvement dude ! good work

Dat orange colour version...looks great! Going to try nDo and dDo on one of my assets myself, is it really effective in helping out texture enhancements? I've been doing it the usual traditional way and texturing by hand in Photoshop but the Quixel software really brings things to a next-gen level.
