3DS Max Why are my wireframe lines so thin and...

Oh no! The problem has recently evolved from being just the wireframe on my objects, to realizing that everything flutters around with me moving the pieces.

Prime youtube video of what is happening too me (I uploaded it):

You should give a little more information on your system with these types of questions. What type of video card are you using? What viewport render are you using?

I can think of two reason this may happen.

    1. You're object is really large or really small. Try merging your model into a fresh scene and see how it compares to the default perspective viewport grid.

    2. Try resetting the xforms of the model.

    3. Finally, maybe your video card isn't supported.

Yes I agree with Monster but you need to update Graphic card.

My object is somewhat decent size, and it was all fine before yesterday ( worked on the file for a couple of days now ). So it's not the size. I always reset xforms and such when mirroring and stuff. And my video card is a 460mx and it was working fine for almost a year now.

I think you're right, I will import the object into a new scene and see what happens.

Update: Importing to new scene did not work, nor did reseting all xforms. I know it is definitely not the video card, as my other scenes are working just fine and have no problems with the wiring. :/

Can you try it on another machine?
Could it be duplicate geometry/double faces?

Can I send you the file? Would that be alright?

edit: trust me it doesn't affect any of your other files. I have no idea why it's doing it for just this one.
