Just an FYI - once you decide which weapon you're going to make please let one of the mods know so we can change your title.

If you're making more than one weapon, make a thread for each weapon.

K and L are very different, interesting shapes. C makes me laugh, if you have enough of beating them you can poke them.

To me, there's no point in doing thumb nails like these if you are going to just make variations of the same designs, also I'm trying to start each one out a very different way, some I rely heavily on the lasso tool, other I have some what of an idea before I started, some I rely mostly on subtracting, others I create a mini 3d under sketch. Oddly F really bugged me enough I almost scrapped it, I may try doing a few more concepts with "giant hands" as part of the weapon. Look for some more sets tonight, I plan on doing some that fit the certain themes, I feel like a lot of these area easy enough to go different ways.

I would suggest bigger, crazier, and more diverse silhouettes. Push the bulkiness and silhouette differentiation even more than what you've got.

I like k,f and d. The skull in b is cool, I haven't seen that many concepts incorporating skulls yet, maybe expand on that

I think you should make the overall size of the head a bit smaller and make some of the individual shapes larger to make the head look less cylinder-y.

I kept the cylinder shape because Makers has a lot of circle and u shapes, I could duplicate those front extusions to the back, I've played around with the idea of making the body more square but nothing so far has looked good.

The head of that hammer is too big, the handle looks like a tooth pick compared to it. The scale just needs some work. I do like where you are going with it the cradle for the cylinder looks nice. Just don't forget to layer up the handle.
