Zsphere Rigging = :( Explodes mesh? wtf

Hello, I have been trying to figure out how to use a Zsphere rig to pose my character - figured I'd give it a try...

My character is a low poly character - and is triangulated -

I made the rig - i hit bind - I move - and parts of the mesh disappears

Am I missing something?

I appreciate any advice

Zbrush 4r2b bug fest... They said a patch to fix a lot of things is coming but no one know when-.-Try with manual transpose, using transpose master (also bugged). Or remove/add spheres or change the size to see if it will help.

You can also try to center your model 0,0,0 if this is not centered

I've had some problems with zsphere rigs when I used it with transpose master. Everything would move fine, then I would hit transpose to convert it to all the high poly subtools and the body subtool would either asplode or not even change. Found it that it was triangle points in the mesh, (like where a bunch of edges were coming from one vert) and I had to retopo the mesh to remove the triangle points before it would work.
