Scaling faces

Sorry if this already has a thread, I was unsure as to what to call it. Basically I was wondering if you guys know of a way to get faces to scale individually when in a circle pattern. The reason for this is I need them to be pinched in the the normal will bake better. I have included an image to show (hopefully) what I am talking about.

Well if you want them to completely collapse, I'd ctrl-click on vertex mode, then weld them. just be carefull with the threshold.

If you don't want it to go all the way. Start with plane-ring. Then use the bevel tool on those faces.

I don't know if there is a way to use a scale tool to get this effect.

Scale the interior edges instead.

or inset and delete the original loops..

Just use transform component. Easiest way to do this.

CheeseOnToast has it right. Use the transform components tool.
