FX for Game

Is there any resources where i can find for FX tutorials about games? You know creating, fire,smoke,explosion, etc. I want to learn how to create FX close that Blizzard use in World of Warcraft.

I've heard about plugins like krakatoa, Fume,AfterBurn.

I think you're confusing effects made for game cinematics and the ones used in-game.

it's all very game engine dependent of how you got about making these effect, i recommend you get a game engine like UDK to work, with and learn as much as you possible can about it's material and particle system, and maybe a bit if kismet and uscript as well.

fire smoke and explosions are quite easy to do in UDK.

As far as game fx goes, those plug-ins can be used to generate flipbook textures(flames, explosions, glitter etc.) but you will eventually have to create the effects which use those textures in a game engine. So, getting UDK and playing with the tools and textures in it is a good way to start.

Like passerby said, starting with UDK is a great way to go, you can create WoW style effects in Cascade with no problem. Learn the basic principles and you can easily carry that onto any FX editor, things like: velocity, size, lifetime, spawning, etc. I also highly recommend Eat3d's cascade dvd.
