I'm pretty sure I have one or the other and want suggestions for best removal software
I don't use AV ever so I'm total noob at this.
I rely on sys restore but i know its still on my hd.

Then go and get an antivirus, there's no excuse for not installing one. AVG and Avast are both free and work very well.
both have free versions. So far as fucking up your laptop goes I've never seen a AV do that unless you install 2 side by side.
so far as Microsoft Security goes in all the comparisons i've read MSE didnt detect samples that AVG and Avast caught.
the reason i mention security essentials is that it's free, light, and tests well enough. sadly nothing will stop people from being idiots with computers, so ultimately it's up to the user to prevent that.

I was going to say that you shouldn't need antivirus software anymore. Windows defender should do the job ok. It should already be installed.

I heard if you turn your case upside down all the viruses fall out.
i did a hard reset and same thing
no access to desktop and when i press any key, including f8 to get into safe mode, i hear a loud beep noise
multiple resets have done nothing!!
what should i do??

Here's a few I recommend, only post to one though, it's bad etiquette to post this type of stuff on multiple forums. Plus, if you do that and are following all of the steps from every forum you posted, you're probably going to bork your system even more.

Now some general notes, all of what I say below can be found on those forums I linked to.
As Racer said, MSE is more than enough for daily use to keep you protected. Plus it's free and everyone with a LEGIT copy of windows has access to it. No virus scanner is 100% fullproof, so it would be wrong to think that you're now protected against every kind of malware ever from here on in. Far from it.
In addition to MSE, a run-time malware scanner such as MBAM is good for malware and rogue malware programs that virus scanners such as MSE aren't specifically used for.
More often than not, it's the users fault for getting infected. They download the malware and execute it, it's usually too late by then and additional action is needed if your scanner can't immediately contain it.
So, don't be stupid, use common sense on the interwebz, allows be cautious of what you're downloading.
If you're unsure of a file, here's a few online scanners that you can use.

I'm with Luke... Malwarebytes saved my butt a few times. I highly recommend it.
MalewareBytes is great against any nasty bugs.
SpyBot more times then not find extra AdWare programs.
MSE helps stop anything that might screw you system from imbedding itself upon start.
One program will never solve your solution. Also, I recommend FirexFox/Chrome. Install NoScript and Ghostery. That's all you need, and presto, done.

Alternatively you could take your HDD and put it in a USB enclosure, then connect it to a 2nd PC to access your data.
If you can get your PC to boot into safe mode you can use SuperAntiSpyware portable edition.
In my experience if you attempt to install a AV software and it "messes up" your computer, then it means there probably was already a virus/malware in there and it interfered with the AV installation. It's best to install those types of software 1st thing after a fresh OS install.

I don't think simply copying the ISO onto the USB will work.

Something humped your master boot record, hard. Had this happen myself a few months back.
Look for instructions on using the recovery console to rebuild the MBR, it's not too complicated and it did the trick for me.
