Qualifications
- Ability to create detailed and believable visuals based on real world settings.
- Produce art ranging from rough thumbnails to print quality images.
- Strong focus on character and environment concepts.
- Motivated and driven to face challenges.
- Digital painting with strong knowledge of lighting & color.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- 2+ years professional experience.
- Strong traditional art skills.
- Flexible with art style and can work in multiple genres.
- Solid understanding of art pipelines and how to get the most out of them.
- Ability to communicate effectively with members of all teams (design, programming, art).
- Credit on at least one (1) commercially shipped title.
