so ive been working on this for a little while and well i thought i should drop it here for some crits before i call it done
ive kinda been stuck on textures so any thoughts on it would be awesome

the scratched places are too bright on diffuse map. they should be dark on diffuse and white on specular map.

You should really work on your material definition.
The metal parts don't look like metal, nor do the plastic look like plastic.
I don't really have time to explain right now, but I hope someone might come along, who do.
