Question Regarding The Brawl Levels

I know the contest is wayyy over but i have a question, if making a 2D fighter level like required in the brawl level can someone explain how it would need to be setup, like i understand the levels are wider than they are deep but i mean....how do you put it together in udk or something similar? lol i hope you understand what im asking

UDK and other such engines allow you to change or place the camera into any location you want - you can make the camera stationary.
