Need feedback on new sculpt

Hey guys, just wanted to share with you my latest project. I decided to have a go at sculpting a female head with verious reference from around the web. Please let me know what you guys think about it so far and also on how I could improve it. This is my 2nd attempt at zbrush so go easy on me lol

I think you should push yourself a bit harder before you ask for crits, you have basicly just started to lay down the foundations for a face/head model, keep at it and show it again when you have something with character. I cant really crit something that has only just been started, the main issues with what you have already is the mouth has no muscle shapes around it and the cheekbones/facial structure shows no evidence of a skull beneath the skin.

Thanks for the advice Ged, I have just been spending most my time on defining the facial features and tbo I am almost done. I also thought i might aswell give poly painting ago within zbrush to texture the head. Latest image below please crit or slate the work, always love to hear some feedback.

Super quick paintover before bed.

Fuzzio: You have a nice start with the face and it seems like you feel out the certain areas, while they are in the correct spots their relative size relations of the features contrasted against each other are off. If you haven't gotten any reference I strongly encourage you to find some as a guidance. Or you can read up their relative sizing : http://www.artyfactory.com/portraits/images/proportions_of_a_head_3.gif (is a good place to start, while the drawing might be a little weak the proportions are bang on)

Too many polys too soon i think, some of the shapes are off still and your puting in fine details/polypaint already. Step down some sub levels, get the shapes right, think about where muscles in the face go, cheek bones, neck muscles etc

What do you mean Frell, is the skull out of proportion?

The forehead and top of the head is definately out of proportion. Scale it down. The rest should be proportionally fine.
