Can I suggest using Mumble instead right now versus later?

A: Its Open Source, so you don't need a license for larger groups.
B: From people POV it has better compression/sound.
C: It has a cool overlay ontop of 3d programs. So you can see who is talking inside Max without having to alt tab back to the vent window.

It's easy to setup. I have one on my server now.
E: You wont have to have people grumble about downloading one voice client then switch it on them later.

the provider lets me change what the server type is on the fly, im doing some quality and speed tests internally at the moment and so far things look promising and will probly be making the switch to mumble sometime in the next day or two

no sorry i just fell into a some of money and am setting up my new computer/toys and setting up upgrades and whatnot, as soon as im done it will be mumble should be 2-3 days at most.

Servers in the process of being changed to mumble (it proved a much more stable, faster and friendly to use program) it will be down for a bit will update asap and the server info will be changing as well.

I don't even see an option to input a password. I can add polycount to the server browser, but instead of prompting for a password upon connecting, it just refuses connection.
