Hey y'all, here's my idea I'm kind of going for, a kinda of fantasy/semi-barbarian-ee/make into an actual fighter redo of the ice climbers. My story is Popo (the blue one) got turned into a doll by a terrible curse, and Nana (the pink one) must now fight her way through this tournament to try and find a way to free her brother from his buttoned eyed prison

i'm not sure i'm sold on this particular style yet, i kinda want to do something more stylized, we'll see!

sorry if this doubleposts, i'm not sure why my last one didn't go through. I'm going to do a more fantasy/barbarianee/fighteree redesign of iceclimber(s). i'm not sure if i'm sold on the style of this drawing, i might do some more stylized concepts and see how i feel.

Hahaha, that is awesome. For the mallet being that big perhaps a counter weight on the end of the handle? Otherwise, I love it.

Nice, your concept makes me think of Monster Hunter with the huge weapon and style of armor. Maybe you can take some influence from that? Try googling ウルク装備 that outfit has an especially eskimo-ish look to it.

That is definitely a cool spinoff. I don't think you need to change your style though, it looks good.

Thanks for the comments everyone! I think i will probably stick with this sort of style, it's growing on me. and here are some cleaner sketches of Nana and her accessories. I'm still debating what sort of detailing to put on the armor/leather in her outfit.
