I found this script on creativecrash which does the same thing, and free

dude that is awsome,bang on target pal ! , just a question, if i only get a .mal file, how do i install it ? , the box down at the script slot to the right,then choose open file,and execute right ? , it doesnt, work, it doesnt say that it supports 2011 either , mayby thats the case ?
I tested it on maya 2011, it shot out an error or 2 but the script still functioned as expected.
General rule for most mel scripts is that you put them in your script folder and you source them. Some like the MatchUV script popup the ui when you source and some others I have seen have a UI command built into the script, so you would look through the script to find any of the main commands after "Global Proc". To run these you would make a button that first sources the file then calls the ui command.
for example (not that there is a MatchUV_UI() command)
source "MatchUV.mel";
MatchUV_UI();
In any case here is another script that worked for me in maya 2011 although the script only lists upto 2009. I'm not sure how it chooses which mesh to snap UVs to, but it works.

I got it working by by putting the mel file in the default folder
C:\Users\maandrie\Documents\maya\scripts\MatchUV.mel
and running this as the button
source MatchUV.mel;
You need to restart maya after copying in the script, if you don't want to restart just type rehash in the script editor and hit enter that will refresh the scripts directory.
