Ultimapper Softimage problem

Hey all I have a question about Ultimapper in soft image, all my normal maps are coming out as a flat color, there is no normal info on the pictures. I'm making sure to 'compute' before I 'generate', and my low res object is unwrapped. Anyone experienced this before or know how to fix it?

Is it creating a blank normal map (blue), or is the image itself blank (black) ?
