Phillips Screw Head

Hey I am currently having trouble subd modeling a screw head such as this. I can get the x in the middle but when I put in support edges, it takes away the roundness of the screw. Does anyone have a way around this? I have tried looking through the forums even at the how do you model dem shapes thread but have not found anything that really helped. If anyone cant let me know I would appreciate it.

if it doesn't have to subdivide perfectly you could try using boolean operations. with a little cleanup they can produce good results if your geometry is relatively dense.
in case you're using max, go for pro-booleans over the standard ones.

Thanks for the help guys. Ivars I dont see any attached thumbnails at the moment. I like the examples but I am trying to figure out how to get hard edges on the T shape but not affect the rest of the screw. Should I just detach it?
