Wiki accounts are now available

I can now create a wiki account for anyone who wants one (thanks Vito!).
If you'd like to edit or add to the wiki, first register a Forum account if you don't have one, then send me a PM. Send me two things: your email address (for password recovery, will be kept private), and the name you want to use (real name in FirstnameLastname format, or your forum name).
And a new theme coming soon, should be easier on the eyes...

Thanks again for all your hard work with the wiki, I use it almost on a daily basis.
