UK companies. Insiders opinions?

Ok, so as from my previous post about working overseas, some of you may know im looking at the UK for my soon to be applying frenzy. Now, im not looking for anyone to give me hand outs or anything. What im looking for is this.
Does anyone have any suggestions of companies you may have worked/work for in the UK. A company you enjoyed working at, or one you think is good for juniors to start at (good training and such).
I do have a list of companies I am looking into, but I just thought id see if anyone would throw out some personal experience and why they enjoyed the company. Seeing as it is across the world for me, I just wanna do as much research I can to find the right studio for me, just like when you go through interviews, they try and find the right person for the studio.
I am looking to be a 3d animator, so if its just a 2d place, that doesnt really help. But someone else may be reading this that wants to know about 2d, so go nuts!
I am looking mainly around dundee scotland, and leeds england. But, that's without hearing anyones experiences/suggestions. In the end, it will really come down to what Im looking for, but any help with be greatly appreciated. thanks!

It has a section where you can ask about people's experiences at a company or just search the company name and see what people have already said about it. The website has been going a while and has a large enough user base that nearly every company is represented in some way.
I have heard registration can take a while for new users though but I never had any problems when I signed up (though that was an age ago now)
