I was expecting crap, but got something pretty damn good. Thanks for the link. I've been in a godspeed you black emperor mood for the past few days, and while these guys are different, it kinda (emphasis on 'kinda') falls in the same category. Thanks
The music seems heavily inspired from God is An Astronaut and Buckethead's latest - A Real Diamond in the Rough.. even though I love their sounds, I am not digging this one..
Anywho, downloaded the EP and gave it a couple listens.. and I must say, I'm really enjoy ingthis CD, has some great mix of hard-edged sounds mixed with some fantastic breakdowns, the vocals compliment this kinda style perfectly, and even though I can't understand what the singer is saying (although I do think its still in english) it still fits perfectly with the mood.
The end track "From the Ashes" sums it up pretty nicely.
Thanks so much guys, for actually taking your time, to give it a try! I'm really glad some of you've enjoyed it as muc as I do.)
Hey, Jason, no unfortunately it's not me yet.) The only thing I've contribured to the album was the artwok. And I hung out at the rehearsals once or twice ^_^
I'm friends with their bassit, and obviously know the others and they are all really nice guys. sXe Seany, yeah, I'm glad you mentioned recording quality'cause it's really great. Especially considering that it's all pretty much indie and made in belarus %\
And it's not like its "great for belarus" it's just "great".
I really hope something nice happens to this guys and they'll be able to put up another record since it's really hard for them. Not only speaking about artstic creativity and the amount of time and polish needed. But it's actually a real drain on the funds. They don't earn a penny by it, but invest a shit ton.And it's hard to go on forever like this.

This you D1ver?
The vocal style kinda reminds me of a tamer Apex Theory
