How it works is..
They make account.
Then they later change their original post or make followup with spam websites.
Or.
They later change their online biography information so it all points to a spam website. We never see, but search engines do, and it raises these spam sites higher in results.
I assume the admins just looked at his IP or Proxy to see where it originated. Oh yes.. Proxies. You'll all have fun with those.

And they never come back. Now why anyone would make the hassle to do anything that pointless can be anyones guess, but bots they are never the less.

The new rule should be before anyone is allowed to register they need too of posted art already.
