New Rig set up
Hey all, it's about time to upgrade by 3 year old system.
I come from a
9600gt 512
Dual core 2.83ghz
298GB HDD
32 bit win xp
Pretty bad right?
Well, with the money I have from christmas (Not alot but around £500)
I've cyberpoweredsystemed up a new rig (I know it's not the best but its a huge improvment)
: I'm stepping in from my mate who is getting the same system aswell but since he isn't registered it can't show up just yet.
4GB corsair ram
AthlonT II X4 620 Quad-Core (Was recommened the qaud from the dual I picked originally)
500GB HDD
500 Watt supply
Asus M4A78LT-M LE AM3, 2xDIMM, DDR3 mobo
Windows 7 upgrade (Shipping with Vista 32 bit but can either barter or upgrade for £19 ;P)
Thats about it. Now, I'm only gonna be using this for alot of 3D work and other apps. Maybe the occasional game (I do most of my gaming on my 360)

Nah not keeping the 9 series card.
Looking at NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 1GB
Can't afford to go to the recommended GTX 260 -.-
There is only a 600 watt one on cyber power and thats £4 more so thats good but you say that I need a 650 but the only one close to that is 700 and thats £12 more
My machine is **supposed** to run fine on 700w. But it doesn't it seems.
