Decided to join in the fun. I have some rough ideas of what the scene will look like, nothing concrete yet though.

Filled in the scene a bit more, might be a bit too congested at the moment. Still haven't decided what the buildings are going to look like yet. The idea is that earth was invaded in the present, or sometime in the near future.

Rolled back all of the middle ground stuff so that I can focus on the building types. Probabaly going to go with London style buildings.

Nearly finished the first building, and did a quick paintover.

For years humans have been raging a war against the invaders, cities have been left in ruins whilst the remnants of the population hid in underground vaults, not perceptible to them. Finally, a leader came and drove away the dark blight that had been inflicted on earth. Mmmm cheese.

Still plugging away, will get all of the geometry craeted and unwrapped at maximum by the weekend, quick entry into a game engine for lighting schemes then texturing. Its going to be a crunch alright.

Have imported some of the assets into UDK. Theres going to be a big push in the next 2 days and some serious foliage will be made for a couple of days. Had to condense the scene, it won't be what I intended, but hopefully it will look okay.

Great job and congrats on finishing! It stuck pretty close to the concept and you've got some quality assets in there to make it look nice.. good luck on your entry!
