3DS MAX - Can't Render with Default Scanline??

I've been having this problem with my 3ds Max, Mental ray works, and Quicksilver Hardware works but scanline for some reason crashes also the viewport has been real buggy. any ideas?? thanks!

What materials did you apply?
Scanline has nothing to do with viewport, there shouldn´t be a difference if you picked one renderer or the other.
