[Paid] Looking for Junior and Mid-level Hard surface 3d Artist
Guns 'N' Tanks looking for bright, talented and responsible junior and Mid-level 3d artists on monthly and freelance/contract bases. You need to be proactive, friendly and hungry to learn. You will be closely working with me, this is an amazing opportunity for artists to learn and gain experience in the gaming industry.
What You'll Do
-Create realistic high quality 3D content (high-poly and low-poly) (props, weapons, vehicles).
-Creating realistic textures by using substance painter and photoshop.
-Match the art style as required and follow the reference and concept.
-Collaborate closely with me to achieve the desired artistic direction.
-Taking feedback and art review seriously.
-Follow technical or artistic guidelines and instructions.
-Working efficiently and complete 3D art on schedule with project milestones.
Skill requirements
-Self-motivation, strong communication skills.
-Responsible and respect deadlines.
-Good sense of real world scale.
-Good understanding with poly modeling with clean and efficient geometry.
-Good understanding with UV unwrapping and layouts
-Good understanding with Real-time PBR workflows
-Good knowledge with industry standard tools such as 3ds max, Maya, Substance painter and photoshop. (3DS Max preferred)

GnT is looking for artists who can push themselves to be better artists, ready to take challenges and learn, Self-motivation, strong communication skills, and a great team-player attitude. We will be supporting you throughout the work process by giving feedback and tips & tricks to achieve the desired quality. This is a remote paid, long term position.
The artist may need to perform a small art test.
