Decided to start a project to create a stylized sword. Gathering reference, block out, sculpt, texture and take into unreal is my planned workflow.
I've got a reference/inspiration sheet with a terrible drawing of the general idea in my head.
Following the work on blocking out the design, I think I'm going to have to take another go at it.
The spikes and diamond-shaped tubes look a mess and the scale feels
very off. Going to try making the centre of the hilt smaller but make the spikes chunkier. All I see when looking at the hilt and pommel is a stick man with his arms up.
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
