    Is there a way to paint guides for organic stuff?
    Density paint?
    Avoid spirals?

    Curve based guide is in Reform library. But, they are using own curve type. So, I guess it will come if that is taken care of.

    No paint. But, you can constraint edge with smoothing group, uv, normal, edge selection and angle.

    Generally it generates a lot less spirals than ZRemesher especially If you increase Regularize to 1.0.
