I'm looking to start a 2D mobile Game Project in UE 4

Hello,

I'm making this post in search of tips and tutorials on how to begin making a 2d Top down game for IOS/Android (mobile)  using UE 4.
so I can start understanding the workflow on a 2d Game etc...

if anyone has information please share with, it will be highly appreciated

Quick question does anyone know if you  can use Vector Art for 2D Mobile Games with unreal 4?
i guess what I'm trying to say is could i create art in AI ( illustrator ) to create sprites/tileset  for the 2d games  I'm currently working on to use within unreal paper 2d.
