[Paid/Revshare] Looking for 3D Artist for competitive Boss & Player fighting game.

Hi all!

TLDR;
We're working on a game prototype and are now looking for reinforcements on the art side. Short video of the prototype can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzOsjLXpNjg. Note that all the art & audio in the video are temporary and either created by me (a programmer) or downloaded from the asset store.

Who are we:
Niklas Sandén - A Software Engineer that's been working at EA DICE for the last 5 years but last summer decided to go indie and moved down to SpelKollektivet: http://www.spelkollektivet.com/niklas-sanden/. Please ignore the "untitled project" part if you follow the link, it's the initial idea but has grown quite a bit since then.
Simone Mändl - A Concept Designer and Art Director from Germany that currently lives at SpelKollektivet: http://www.spelkollektivet.com/simone-mandl/
Ivan Oberholster - Audio Engineer and Composer from California: http://ivanober.wixsite.com/audio/about

The game:
It's a top down game where you play in a party of 4 (where any slot can be filled by ai, couch or online players) against challenging bosses or other players. The focus of the game is on defeating tougher and tougher opponents(endless difficulty scaling in PvE & rating-based matchmaking in PvP) to obtain glory(leaderboards) and riches(gear). To support an active community we'll also have social features like inspectable characters, global chats, global events, Guilds and Guild Wars. Feel free to pm me privately to get more details on the game.

The image you see is concept art of our Dreadnought & Stormcaller class.

What are we looking for:
* One or multiple 3D artists that will make character models, environment models, textures & animation. The more of these areas you can cover, the better.
* You will be having regular syncs with our AD but you should be able to work independently and make smaller decisions on your own.
* You should have no problem communicating over voice chat such as Slack or Discord.
* Having experience with Unity is a plus but not a requirement.
* We're looking for team members rather than one-off contractors or companies but feel free to contact us either way.

Plan:
The prototype will be one level with polished and production ready code, art and audio. We're aiming to have it ready by the end of the summer. After that we'll be looking for funding through publishers, crowd-funding and investors.

Pay:
I'm currently paying for the project out of my own pocket which means our funds are limited. The deal I have with the others and can offer you as well is: We decide your full rate, you then take a lower rate for the work going into the prototype and if we get funded you'll get retroactive pay for the difference between your full & lower rate. Then you'll get full rates as usual for the rest of the project. As compensation for taking the risk with lower rates you'll be getting a 5% revenue share.

Contact:
You can contact us either by email: niklas.sanden@maedgev.com or pm here on polycount. Please provide a link to your portfolio, work experience as well as explain which areas of character modeling, environment modeling, texturing and animation you're comfortable with.
