Hey mate, thanks for the offer for collab. There's a few things I think you can do to help improve your concepts.
You're focusing way too much on finer details rather than the large details, & even basic silhouette. For example, your latest Puck set, it's extremely noisy & from in game, I imagine it will all translate across as noise rather than detail. Remember, 98% of the time which people will be viewing your items will be in game & from a birds eye perspective. With that in mind, it's far more effective to focus on large details. Obviously finer details are important to load out appearance, but at the moment there is mainly an awkward silhouette crammed full of detail with most of your items. There needs to be a balance.
Your strongest concept by far (in my opinion) is your Windrunner bow, you've kept the detail simple, the silhouette is interesting, & the style matches the intended hero.
I'd love to work on some of these concepts, after they've been revised. Keep me posted! & If you ever need any help with them, feel free to ask. ( :
hey! just wanted to say that i'm almost done with the kunkka sword! I decided to not do the necrophos scythe as it seemed just a bit too complicated. I have just finished the high-poly model for the sword and it should be done by the end of the week!
hey scy! i don`t know if anyone got the shuriken for BH or not, but i just wanted to tell you that i already had that model on the worktable for some time and i already got both a low poly and high ply ready to go and imported in game. the only thing that i need to do for it is the texturing... wich i`m not quite good at. if you want, ill give you the uv`s, you paint them, il do the mask1&2 and call it a collab.
I don`t expect you to trust me when i am saying that i already made that ideea and i can`t show you proof because the pc it`s on has a dispaly problem and i can`t use the monitor for it right now, but that`s exactly what happens right now.
Still... contact me if you are intrerested in the collab. otherwise... we`ll se wich one makes it better . PS: i got a few color changes for it in mind

It's usually best to ask the concept artist before you work on the concept to eliminate any confusion and negative situations. Most, if not all the concept artists I know would not be excited about someone just doing work with plans of submission without informing the artist.
If Scy is not interested in the collaboration, I would advise you not to submit the item to the store.

i`m not trying to steal anything from anyone, it`s just that i also found that shuriken picture on google some time ago and also worked on a similar model. i stopped working on it because i got too lazy with some texture problems but i still wanted to finish it.
i know the internet is vast and inspiration can be similar, but i`m telling you it`s just a coincidence. two people finding the same source. as i said, if he doesn`t want to colab, it`s fine by me. Our items will not look the same texture wise anyway, only the shape will be similar. but how can i not submit a model that i worked on from the begining of the year, just because i didn`t show my concept sketches? i`m not good at drawing. i usually make everything in my head and then directly in 3d.
i`m not trying to start a war here. i just asked him if he`s interested in colab.
EDIT: i talked to scy and he agreed to help me with the texturing. everything sorted out.

I still stand by my previous statement. your silhouettes are too similar to the featherfall set. The quiver, the shoulders, the cape...
