  That thing looks mean...the only thing I would revise (aside from a longer shaft) would be the upper jaw of the central skull...the teeth are really small compared to those below...

  This thing looks ace! Especially loving the bull horns, and the idea of the piercing.
  Would be nice to see a rough idea of how your going to lay out colours. Are all the pieces apart from the strap going to be stone, or are you gonna mix in some bone/metal?

  Damn! nice man, love that higpoly. Maybe you could try to pull some of the normals into the diffuse with a cavity map? It's a shame, but a lot of that lucious detail gets lost in the lowpoly.
