I'm going to do Egyptian Karma. Did some conpecting and blockout, so far. While blocking her out changed some ideas, so it differs from the original concept.
So, assembled everything in zbrush and did some sculpting on the face and body.
I will add some details here and there, and will change hair a bit, but that's pretty much it.
I really like your concept and the sculpt so far is solid! I do think the chain hair is gonna be to noisy at the viewing distance of the game though. Also a key part of her design is to have some weight/shape on her for arm or wrist. I think it would be cool to have the gold snake wrapping around both of her fore arms instead and have a band gold/cloth around her upper arm.

A little up. So, I did a lowpoly and started to paint it. Also, sculpted snakes on those "back things".

Slowly getting there. So...I decided to get rid of the helmet to show her face. Will go with the classic Nefertiti hat with some changes.
