I'll make a new skin for Leblanc. Right now I'm still bloking out the proportions and may still change the face.

I reworked the concept based on some of the feedback I got. And I feel like now I've got a solid concept. Next is values and color scheme.
I've been pretty slow as I work on this project only during lunch time. But I'm almost done blocking out and gave her a proper face ^^
I changed the hair for something better in my opinion.
Few notes on your last update:
I don't know if you mean to make her that insect-like, but her thighs are way too thin and they kinda scare me. Her upper arms are also bent a bit weird. Everything is fine in your first anatomy sculpt though.

I didn't notice her thighs being so thin until you pointed it out, even though I want to keep this "insect" look it couldn't hurt to make them a bit larger. Now about the upper arm, it's just bad design from me, if it reads like an anatomy mistake I should change it.
And is the eye color final? Cause I liked the golden evil glow you did on your concept

About the eyes, I think I'll keep them red because I was planning to use a dark purple as this character main color, with small red areas to draw attention to them, like the eyes, the collar, the cape...
Done with the lowpoly. She's a little bit over 11k triangles. UVs next!
Test bake. I tried to replicate an "outline shader" in marmoset, it looks ok from afar even though there are some small artifacts.
JRancourt : I hope too, haha. I'm already working on the pose so I can put all my last efforts in the texturing until the deadline.
