Hello polycount!

It's based of a concept i posted earlier in this thread, but due to a plygon restrict i had to change some things

tank mech
here's another quickie.
It's from a high-poly assignment in school. I did a M-85 Machine gun in Maya.
and the reference image:
eye study
and a robot painting I havent psoted jet
this is for a assignment at school, we basicly have to do a game ready asset with a tris count at 16k.
so I began with designing a driveable mech. (cuz I love mechs haha)
so here is my concept, I drew it from one side so I could use the same image as a model sheet. I regret it now because it turned out to be very difficult to design all parts in 3D when I only had a 2D image to model from, I would atleast made one more concept picture from a different angle imo
but I guess I learn from my mistakes.
and here is a wip 3d rendering. it's only a early block out at this stage.
If someone want to come with crits and some useful tips I would appreciate it
some parts is lacking details due to poly restrict.
the aim was maximum 16k tris, and I currently have around 15900 atm
now I only have to texture the damn thing lol
I think it came out pretty ok overall, except the texture/ material. defining material is definitely something I have to get better at
I wanted to do a Ricochet re design and was heavily inspired by Tron, MGS and a lill bit of Dead Space
You know who I am.
Your stuff looks nice, but you should go over the proportions on some stuff. Mostnotable arms on the ninja girl, and perhaps the head sizes. Robot model is pretty good, but the balance looks way off, especially in the folded/sitting position. I get the feeling that it would constantly fall on its back.
On another, more personal note I'm taking a bit of issue with the gender representation. I know it might be fun to make dem sexy ladies, but the difference in how you design males/females is common, sexist and imo not the sort of thing that the games industry needs.
Thanks for stopping by, I really appreciate your feedback and I am totally with you on that note
have been busy with a game project here at school.
I'll be start posting some pictures of the early 2d concepts and models on the enemy units of our game
Here are some more pictures.

@Joel Gafford; haha ye, love it! and thanks! I really struggle with colors, so for me hearing that feels great!
tried out a new render technique
here's a little test render in marmoset of a scene i'm currently making. some mayor assets are still missing, such as a character and a environment
