Hey Guys,
I stuck on something what pretty much is the most work on my texturing part and that is to paint away the wear seams.
I know, from far away the player wouldn´t see the seams, but what if i want a perfect seam-free material.

Is there a good technique to quickly paint away this seams?
Tri-Planar Blending is not available for all masks. So there are actually two problems.

The first, the wear seams:

And the second problem is that, when i paint them manually away (I always do that, on every model and it sucks and it took so much time -.-)
that every brush is actually softer on the edges then the wear mask it self, even when i set the hardness to max.
I often use Dirtbrush 1 and 2 or for quick masking the standart hard brush.
But im not satisfied with the results dirt brush 1 and 2 are giving me:

As you can see it looks cloudy and this disturbs.
The only solution would be to set the dirt brush size to the lowest value (then the hardness looks ok) and to paint a good looking mask. But this would took me 1-2 hours per model, without any breaks and this sucks, especially when you do this on every model....

Any advise?

Thank you!
