If you just write an email to support@cb-productions.de you just receive an email with a notification that your email has been received and that you will get a reply within 48 hours. Did you get that?
I got 2 emails a few days ago when I sent you the email, one for "account activation" and another saying "ticket received and will get back in 48 hours". The wait continues.

CB Productions appears to be legit.
The other with account activation not so much. Maybe I put there's something in the settings with Freshdesk that isn't set up properly. I'll check. Nonetheless, no data is saved and this isn't Spam.
After I do not need to reply anymore through Freshdesk all the emails and contact info are being deleted by me.
