I wanted an easy way to view (and eventually swap) textures on Sketchfab models so I poked around the viewer API and the texture viewing part turned out to be quite simple to do over a weekend.
The UI is still rough, and I'll be taking a pass at the texture swap when I have the time next. To use it, visit the github page and swap the model ID with an ID from a public Sketchfab model. Hopefully someone else finds this project useful
