After I finished reading the Witcher books I really wanted to make
Geralt. So here he is. As usual, since it's a personal project and not
intended for a game, I've pushed the polycount and texture size a little
bit. I have no doubt tho that it's not far from the polycount that an
AAA main character has. You can find on my gumroad the model for sale if you're interested. In the next few weeks I will release a full character creation tutorial for those who were unable to follow me while streaming. The high poly was made in zbrush and marvelous designer. Low poly was made in Topogun. Hair was mostly made with Ornatrix in 3ds max. Textures in Quixel Suite and Photoshop. Rendered in the amazing new Marmoset Toolbag 3. I hope you'll enjoy it.
I've decided to make a more complex final scene for him. I'll use Quixel Megascans. For now tho I've made a trophy for him. You can check the Marmoset Viewer scene here https://www.artstation.com/artwork/EOnee
This is seriously awesome work. My only critique would be that a bit further detailing in the face sculpt might be nice as his face feels a little smooth compared to how Geralt usually looks.
Woa thank you so much for this video! I'm learning Quixel and loving Geralt so this is great May I ask, what are your PC specs? My PC is only one year old, self built, but has trouble with Quixel. (Re)loading a PBR material on a full body takes 1-2 full minutes every time.

Intel i7-5820K@3.3ghz, 64 gb ram, nvidia 980ti...this one is fairly new but i haven't had to wait 1-2 minutes not even on my old pc which was 5 years old. Have you tried an older photoshop version? the new ones tend to lag a lot. Try cs6 or something
