Newbie rigging/dynamics question.

Help needed! I've been trying to add dynamics to Daz3d's riggged model. Thing is a boob is controlled by a single ball-joint? Which on its own does excellent job but I was wondering if it is possible to make that single balljoint dynamic? Bouncy etc.

Have a look and see what you can learn. One of them also has a method of making bones dynamic.
Static boob rigging with bones:
Making that static rig into nHair driven dyanmics:
Getting one step further and making soft nCloth volume preserving boobs with collision and such.
I also tried to make whole body ncloth then just make certain parts of it bouncy but it was too heavy to simulate.
