3Do not displaying any information

Hi guys,
i've already posted in the facebook group about my issue this morning (about 12 hours ago). I'm still seeing this issue after running as admin.
No response yet.
I load my mesh and baked normal into ndo, and once it loads, i open up 3do, but it shows me the regular cube.. regardless of the mesh im using. and any edits i do if i create a new normal map from scratch, don't show up in 3do as well.
I'm not getting any crashes or error messages.
Aside from these issues, whats the difference between ndo map generator, and 3do baker?

When i use painter mode it does this. No actual normal information is being painted.

I'm not sure I understand the shift space thing. Is there a documentation that shows the hot keys?
I think the mesh not displaying had something to do with not activating my ddo license. Ill try again later. I was able to open it up in ddo but I had to get to sleep before I could mess with it further .
