Plague Doctor

Hello all,

I have been making a bust of a Plague Doctor and would like to show what I have produced this last week. After watching the Circus of Horrors last week I thought the character was very interesting so did a bit of research and decided to produce this model.

It is still not quite finished, I know there are a couple of improvements I can make which I am in the process of doing but wanted to get some feedback or other improvement I can make.

Nice definition on the leather, would be cool to see your flats

EDIT: What are you using to paint the textures btw? Pretty cool spec break up!

Thank you for the great comments, Its good to know that people like it. I was in a little bit of a rush when posting the image up but will post up more angles and the wires when I'm able. I'll also post up the texture flats for anyone who wants to look.

Thank you Torch. I've been playing around with dDo a little and decided to give that a go for this piece. I used that as a base as I'm still learning it. The rest is just photo overlays and hand painting in photoshop. I think the cloth spec needs improving but that will come next.

Hello all,

I have now finished my bust of a plague doctor and as requested posted a couple of different angles and the wires as well as the texture flats. Unless anyone has any other improvements or critique I think I will call this done and move on to my next project.
