[FIGHTER] Super Smash Bros, Kirby, nrek

I am switching things up and ditching the Reptile idea, I feel like having some fun with this and thus I am going to do a nice and twisted Kirby. Here is a super quick zbrush sketch to get things started.
To do:
I want to play up the scale of him further and add in some more hints of the enemies he has eaten. His back will be more of a dead and dark skin tone that is creeping up around his body as a result of the rotting corpses that lie in his belly. I think I might try to also incorporate some of their faces into his back. The head of the hammer is going to be a mix between a heavy duty metal tenderizer and a pirate like chest for him to store the weapons and outfits of his victims in, so I will probably have various game related garments poking out of it.
So yea, I will start on all that soon.
