3DS UVW Window Shorcuts not working

Hey guys!
I have somehow disabled or broken the shortcut keys for the UVW Window in 3ds max 2011, in fact it is not all of them.. its just the Move, Rotate and Scale keys... they are still bound, I have checked.. I have also tried rebinding them, but no luck ;(
It is not the 'Override Keyboard shortcuts' option.. I have tried that on and off it does nothing for this issue.
I also have other things like 'stitch selected' bound and that works perfectly fine in the UVW Window.. its just the W,E and R.
Anyone any ideas?
